1 Acceptance of Terms

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the vb8002 platform. Any breach may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of funds, and referral to appropriate authorities where relevant:

All rights are reserved.

7 Limitation of Liability

Claims raised after this period may not be considered.

8 Account Suspension & Closure

vb8002 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any user account at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice, in any of the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms & Conditions, the Privacy Policy, or the Responsible Gaming Policy.
• Provision of false, misleading, or unverifiable registration or identity information.
• Suspected fraudulent activity, money laundering, or use of the platform for any unlawful purpose.
• Detection of prohibited conduct as described in Section 5 of these Terms.
• Chargebacks or disputed payment transactions filed against vb8002 by the user or their payment provider.
• A valid self-exclusion request submitted by the account holder or by an authorised third party on their behalf.
• A court order, regulatory directive, or other legally binding instruction requiring account closure.
